I don't think "we're all genuinely ill", I believe most of us aren't 'ill' per se. Again, it's semantics, but an important distinction. A very important one.
Imbalance VS illness.

Something(s), at some point in your life triggered or helped trigger the onset of symptoms that will get more and more serious. Symptoms of an IMBALANCE, not an actual disease.
For me and many, at least.
