I think if you look in the Adrenal Fatique book by James Wilson and read the symptom list and you have all of the symptoms that correspond with it and then you introduce an adrenal glandular and all or most of your symptoms disappear or improve drastically, then you can say for certain that yes, you have AF. This has been my experience.

I wish I could post the page that I'm talking about along with my notes of my symptoms at that point... It was pretty clear to me... And remains clear.

I want to add though, that I don't believe that I have AF by itself or that its even possible for that to occur.
