I thought the whole point of glandulars was to increase hormone output? The tissues themselves release the hormones don't they? So why remove the hormones?
All endocrine tissue release hormones, just like parathyroid glands surgically put into someone's arm due to thyroid destruction, will continue to release it's hormones in the body, despite it being in the wrong place!
Maybe i'll give just adrenal cortex a go...the Wilson's formula is many glands.
