Wow, really interesting. I am going to definitely be more cautious of doing anything to address this until I know 100% that this is the culprit. I was told estrogen dominant by my old practitioner because of all of the birth control I took and my mom was told she is too and so I just assumed. Thanks for bringing this up, I will look into the saliva test. My pracitioner mentioned completing a gene test which will show the hormones, have you heard of this and do you think this is a valuable test for these levels or is the saliva testing the most accurate?
