Having been on varying sources of excellent rock and Sea Salt for a year i'm finding my BP is still low. It's not raising it at all.

Readings today 78/41 this morning supine, and 74/42 this afternoon after being physical for 2 hours.
I have nausea and dizziness and no energy at all right now..

What other ways are there to raise BP?
I heard that adrenal glandulars help for BP but i don't react well to the adrenaline content in them.

Any suggestions appreciated :-)
