Hi There,
I read your post above and you mentioned you have had these feelings off and on for most of your life. It sounds like you are having a nutrition deficiency and in need of some intervention. First, You need to get you some cod liver oil for essential fatty acids that we need desperately for proper brain function, som GOOD whole food multi vitamin, B-complex and vitamin C from standard process. If you are interested type in your search engine Standard process and it will give you many websites that sell them. The multi vitamin is called "Catalyn" Read up on these products. Then at the same time you are loading up on the above mentioned items, start cleansing your colon. A clogged colon is a MAJOR cause of Depression because 90% of serotonin is produced in the gut so there is definately a gut-brain connection. The bad dreams (trust me I know) are associated with liver toxicity/congestion and needs to be cleansed!!!! The herbs I use and many on the Liver Flush Forum are called chinese bitter: www.sensiblehealth.com'This lady is a fellow suffer and a very nice and compassionate woman who understands ALL of what you are going through which is a form of Depression and CAN BE CURED!
I wont comment on your husband as he seems like a very nice man and sometimes when we are suffering and they don't understand, they make comments that hurt us but it's because they are suffering too! My husband is the same way very supportive, kind. He doesn't have a low self esteem problem, but that is something your husband has to come to grips with. Right now mommy & wife has to get herself together so that the family as a whole can be happy again. After all, we ARE the back bone of the family.
Try those things above and I will guarantee you will feel like a new woman!
Take care of yourself and PLEASE stay on this website and get educated.
God bless you,
Robbie
"Happy Holidays"
