If you experienced those "side affects" it is a sure sign you NEEDED the antioxidants in the vitamin C you took! However, perhaps you should have moderated your dose to a level where you could live with the CLEANSING.

If you prefer the allopathic approach to health, I wish you well. But you should beware of "mainstream" reporting. As Schopenhauer so sagely wrote, "Really significant steps forward for mankind go through three stages. First, they are ridiculed. Second, they are heavily fought by those who have economic interests in the status quo. And finally, when the dam is breaking, everyone says: Well we knew it all along." In this world, money controls virtually everything, e.g. what is taught in the schools [medical, etc.], what is printed in the magazines and newspapers, what is reported on the TV, etc., etc., etc.
