It is not my intention to start a debate, here, but there are incalculable sources of illness and emotional dis-ease, from processed foods to heavy-metal poisoning to physical/emotional childhood trauma.

There is not, nor can there be, a single approach to whole-self healing and recovery. I have known many people who put physical and supplemental protocols at the tops of their agendas and, regardless of the Iodine and meatless diets, these people were still sick because they were sick in their souls as well as their physiology.
