I have similar pain (diagnosed with 2 hemangiomas, 1 is considered "giant"), as does a family member who has the same condition. The only thing I've found that helps with the pain is to walk around (move!), and ingesting anything with vinegar in it (I've found relief with pickles, apple cider, etc). I've used the vinegar drink that you can buy at the healthfood store and had good results as well.
