I also have pain and was just diagnosed with 2 giant cavernous hemangiomas. Yes, I think it's related. A family member has the same condition with the same symptoms I have. I don't think it is confirmed in any medical research, but I have seen it mentioned at many websites (pain assoc. with hemangiomas). If yours are more than 5 cm in size - you need to talk to your doctor about your options.
