I'm really glad you figure out your cause for AF. This is very important so to start recovery. Stress could be a strong factor in starting AF.

I couldnt say heal in my case cause just got last infos after several years of "all is mind stress". they were right about the stress word but differently. I've got a lot of wrong kind of and poor performed testing. Ex; did 5 endoscopies in 3 years shown NO HPILORY until other found it in my nose by esophagial reflux...the same with candida and other bacterial infections

"herpes virus for example shows antibodies to over 50% of Americans" - in Germany they told me that more than 80% show positive for EBV and CMV but they also told that there is no cure in the mainstream medicine for that...just an example

"If chronic infections were the cause, then the treatment should be quite simple" well it seems it's not. They are not able to eradicate a "simple" chronic Hpilory infections also...

A "simple" exposure to mold can make you very ill without taking it in consideration.

As i wrote in the previous message I'm not saying emotional stress is not a factor in AF (ive had my share of) is just sometimes we tend to forget the other factors - being told is just the stress.

A personal history and familly history brought a lot of clear info for my case.It seems that also for you...
