Thank you Ginagirl for confirming my knowledge. I was fine until I started taking all these things (except glycine and proline) as recommended by a practitioner after a hair analysis. I'm also hypothyroid. I assume I took something too much or too little. Over the last months my problem has been getting worse. I started increasing my Vit C and Iodine last week and hope it will help.
