Oh .. and by the way, even though 174156 seemed like a major jerk that clearly does not practice meditation himself, he was right that meditation does turn off genes.

So even though you may have inherited the activation of some related genes ... you can turn them of.

This is solvable, so do not give up. I don`t know if it is 100% solvable, but people do get their life back

Look at Laredo. She was almost bed bound and can now out hike her friends.

I have been working on this for 10-yrs. Don`t give up man !

Although I must admit, I did go through periods of feeling the same way
