Hello,

I'm a 28 year old female who has had severe ocd for 15 years. I have tried all the conventional treatments but nothing has helped or cured me. I went to a prominent OCD center for cognative behavioral therapy and was told that I had one of the most severe cases they had ever seen. They couldn't help me. I DO NOT wash or check. My obsessions ONLY involve horrifying unwanted intrusive and disgusting thoughts that are against my nature. I also have had female hair loss since I was about 16 years old, probably from the stress of the OCD. I'm currently on Lexapro, but it doesn't work for me. Can someone plaese tell me how I can cure my OCD? I know that this is a physical problem.
