Very intriguing hypothesis. I will read more about chelators and if they're safe for me to take, will try them out. I tried out lactoferrin since it's also thought to deprive microbes of iron, but I think it was a bit pointless since it was most likely denatured in my stomach before ever reaching the intestines. Sounds like a chelator would be much more effective.
