Wow, it sounds like your body is desperately wanting to be off the progesterone! So many of us had the panic attacks and fogginess caused by Mirena, so if you get that removed and go natural it should get better over time and go away. Some of us just can't handle the fake hormones. Search "Mirena and panick attacks", or "Mirena and anxiety" and you'll be amazed how common it is.
