I think you are already performing the best strategy from what I have read of your experiences. Fasting, raw foods, LBB, Liver cleansing, Parasite/Kidney herbs.........this is absolutely the best way to optimal health. Keep it up! And keep experimenting. I've never attmepted the water fast, so it was interesting to read your posts. Thanks.
