Hi Feo,

Just wanted to ask you a few questions:

1. Have you felt a significant rise in energy after the increase in your NA level?

2. Your magnesium has increased as well. Do you see this as a good thing or as your body getting rid of magnesium?

3. I think you mentioned that you work full time. In the past, did you feel really tired at work as your NA and K levels were low? (My NA is 4 and my Potassium is 3, but I can only work part time, from home. No way could I do a full time job without crashing). So I'm just wondering how people manage this.

(Others who care to respond - do you work full time, or almost, with low NA and K?)

3. When did you feel the most improvement so far? Was it from the introduction of a supplement, or when your body was able to get rid of a toxic metal?

4. Your potassium is low. Ever thought of taking potassium supplements or is this a total no in ARL?

Thanks.

Ricky
