its hard to tell which comes first, the cart or the horse. my urine was 7,0 pH. of course i use the rule from MHs first school book, dr hay's "health via food" and avoid mixing carbs and proteins as much as possible. there is a reason rich people eat in courses with the high carbs being last.

when i was checking my pH way back wehn i found it was much easier to control after i started taking iodine. iodine. :) it makes EVERYTHING work better.
