Yeah... it is hard to resist when you are feeling good.

But I have noticed it several times that when I over-exert .... the detox symptoms stop.

Last summer I was having bad Psoriasis and bad insomnia. I went roller blading in 32 C heat for a couple of hours.

That night.... my insomnia was gone, and the Psoriasis completely cleared up in two days.

But I also felt super groggy for about two weeks.
