Yes, NB is helping my adrenals allot. I just posted about it on the AF forum ... with a nice healthy debate.

My sodium has come up now. I am sweating. Aluminum is coming out. Mercury is trending up.

And I am dump calcium as well.

Well ... NB is also stressing my adrenals too because of detox. Been working on reducing copper for two years.
