I think you mentioned one time that your calcium was sky high. I would guess that might explain the spurs.
I recently discovered that excess calcium was causing excess teeth plaque for years. Now that my calcium is being dumped, I have much less plaque.
And your osteoporosis probably has more to do with your adrenal fatigue than your age.
Years of chronic stress leads to reduced collagen formation. I am a 47 year old male ... and was diagnosed with osteopenia a couple of years ago.
However, my bones are much stronger now. I don't quite understand why yet, but Pam K told me that when copper comes down, calcium will go where it is supposed to.
My bones feel much better now. No more aching of sharp pains.
