Has anyone else had heel spur problems with there adrenal status. ?

My heel spurs have gotten so painful now, even after wearing the "Strutz" for my arch.

I made an appt. with the Podiatrist.

Interesting, the past year, had x-ray of my upper back, chiropractors office, and he noticed 1-2 bone spurs there in the vertabre.

Is this do to calcium not getting into the bone where it is supposed to be?

I am also 58, so bone density has greatly decreased, even from when I had my foot x-rayed 10 years ago for the same heel spur problem.

Just wondered it it is related to the mineral malfunction with adrenal fatigue.
