1st of all...the dosage for Lugol's Iodine for a normal adult....should be about 12 to 25 mgs.....pregnant women 6mg.....people who have a bad reaction to iodine...may be experiencing hypothyroid type2...which means your thyroid is putting out adequate t-4....and your TSH may be in range...but either your liver is not converting to T3..or your cell receptors...are not receiving the t3 due to RT3..or another type of toxin...trans fats...PCB's... nitrates ...etc.....
so DR's see a reaction and think Iodine is the problem...but it is something else...b/c Iodine is the NO1 cancer preventative in the world. in japan they have the lowest cancer rates and the highest iodine intake on earth...(pre-fukimoto meltdown)
