People need to also realize that HPV is found in the lining of the mouth, uterus, umbilical cord etc. So it's kinda of like the Herpes virus, everyone has it. What needs to be discovered is how is it kicked on and become active. There still are no studies or definitive evidence that HPV even causes cervical cancer. Gardasil & Cervix in Europe are being marketed as a Cancer Preventing Shot and that's just PR BS! There are two quotes I like to use of Hitler's:

All propaganda has to be popular and has to accommodate itself to the comprehension of the least intelligent of those whom it seeks to reach.

and

Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it.

Thus is the marketing of vaccines to the masses.
