I meant I could never stp the diflucan before bc the yeast infection would instantly come back so i had to take a pill every single week which cant be good for my liver. After starting this diet/supplements and natural anti-fungals my vaginal yeast held back and I didnt need to take a diflucan for the first time in months. I was able to go 4 weeks with out a difluca nand now the vaginal yeast is back. I will continue with different natural anti fungals and will have to keep taking diflucan fo awhile until I get things more under control.
