Bleach bath: Standard UK treatment.
500 ml of 4% chlorine bleach in 20 litres warm water, soak for 20 minutes, rinse, do this 3 times a week.
2 consecutive courses of Nystatin oral, 5 drops x 4 times a day for 28 days is often useful.
