IMHO these look like partially digested roundworms of some type. Lots here on CS post similar photos w/ similar stories as you. Since you've caught this early I say HURRY and cleanse before a heavy infestation develops. If they are coming out without your having added any anti-parasitic foods/herbs/meds, then you are very fortunate and perhaps your immune system will be able to combat this, but a little help wouldn't be a bad idea. You'll have to read more in this and other forums to find what might work for you as results vary according to each individual, but I urge you to act now. At the very least, begin with a clean diet (no junk food) and add such anti-parasitic foods as raw garlic, pumpkin seeds, fresh pineapple, onions... Other more experienced forum members are sure to chime in soon with further suggestions/questions. Good luck.
