Different things seem to help different people, so I'm not going to say the leave-alone method can't work.

But the vast majority of people who did it had little to no success, and a few had their condition worsen. Many more people had success with constant moisture, and the derm's who know ec seem to be almost unanimously in favour of this method. If I'm not mistaken Dan saw better success with moisture.

Anyways just my 2 cents, good luck with whatever you do and keep us updated.
