I have a guess why people don't post testimonials.

If You have ever read one and have seen what followed You would understand.

It is usually a long list of people questioning everything You have written, the usual know-it-alls post their drivel, very few comments show that people are thankful and express that.

All in all to post a testimonial on curezone is not exactly a positive experience.
