Here's a tip that might help.

I have never dry fasted, but have done many waterfasts, some 30 days. The way I made it easier was using self hypnosis, but the last two ten day fasts I tried EFT and it worked just as well. Whenever I felt hunger I would do the EFT routine about what I was trying to do.
