My mother has diabetes, some years ago she got laser in an eye to supposedly help treat a problem she had with blood vessels in her eye. After the laser, her vision was actually much worse than before.

Now the doctors are saying that she has to have laser in her other eye (her only remaining good eye). Of course we're very skeptical now and it would terrible if they messed up the vision in her only good remaining eye.

Are there natural ways to manage or stop whatever she is having to her eyes? For now the vision in that eye is fine, we want to keep it that way.
