Nope, I definitely don't think they'd lie to me - I just feel that the odor comes out to play intermittently. And, it's probably a case of those who are around me a lot just being used to me. I'm also pretty sure that this condition is exacerbated by stress in my case.

You're right that she won't have the satisfaction of knowing that she's hurt me if I say nothing - but at the same time, perhaps she deserves to know that I'm not just blissfully unaware and lacking in personal hygiene.
