this is great. Iodine is the best lung medicine ever.

with mold an issue and since youre going up to 100mg of idoine as aminimum(highly recommended for all), be sure you complete the holy trinity of mineral supplementation with boron and selenium. boron is a great antifungal. your problems originally probably had more to do with missing that than iodine. Iodine just makes everything work better.
