Thanks, Dave! I think you're right that 4 caps a day is too much. I'm a bit shocked that my doctor wouldn't have had someone with a reaction to this amount before though, since his practice consists entirely of people with CFIDS/FMS. But what you're saying intuitively feels right to me. I don't want to stop it entirely as some people are recommending because it's the first time it feel like a supplement might really be doing something for my adrenals! And that is giving me HOPE at this point, which I need so much. So I think slowing the process down is key. I appreciate the support.
