Thank you so much for all the info and recommendations.

I've read some of the info on Dr. Lam's site but didn't know about his book. I'm currently reading Adrenal Fatigue by James Wilson which seems helpful so far. I'll check out Dr. Lam's as well.

I think I'm okay with the Jarrow B formula as I've been taking it on and off for several years. I sometimes add B-6 into the mix as well.

I've been gluten-free for 8 years. I was dairy free for the first year and a half of that time as well, but didn't notice any significant benefit. So I eat some dairy now, but avoid it in large quantities. I do better the more my diet consists of raw whole foods.
