I have been taking LBB for many months now, although not as often as I should but still pretty regularly. But it doesn't seem to be helping my constipation. I know MH says it has to work, and I believe it does, it just isn't coming quickly for me. I admit I have been using, probably abusing, magnesiums such as mag. citrate to help my problems with constipation. I know LBB should work for me, I just wonder if maybe my poor liver function is inhibiting it from working, possibly not enough bile? My only choice now is to up the dosage until it works, even if that takes many many capsules. I want to get off of other supplements for constipation, and I eat a fairly good diet. No meats, dairy, mostly fruits, as much as I can tolerate at least because I am not healthy. I have been having real trouble doing a liver flush because of my constipation problems. I am thinking of just using lots of LBB and larger amount of lecithin to help my liver, sound ok?
