Before doing any hormonal tests I would suggest testing for gut pathogens. If your symptoms are there for 5 years already that means it's chronic and your neurotransmitters more than hormonal is out of balance.

You've received good advice here about stress reduction abd slow down. But this is just a part of your problem.

Try find a REALLY good lab to test for gut pathogens or a REALLY good infectionist. In my opinion this should be done first before any hormonal imbalance testing.

Low stomach acid could means pathogens overgrowth there OR elsewhere in the gut influencing HCL production. The most frequent is HPilory but there are also others
