No meds here, but self-medicated with coffee for about 14 years. I actually stopped my daily coffee the week I started Iodine (not by actively trying, just stopped needing it). I still don't drink it regularly, although I do enjoy it every now and then, just don't NEED it anymore. So I guess in a way I was able to wean off my 'meds' too :)

I take about 150mg Lugols + 1-1.5g SSKI daily.
