Do you know your progesterone/estrogen ratio Paulette?

Some of those symptoms fit in line with low levels of both hormones.

I'm only 35 and experience low prog. and estrogen, however estrogen is still much higher than the prog. so i also have estrogen dominance symptoms.

Of course with low cortisol you get pregnenolone steal, but also in the years running up to menopause estrogen/prog can slide out of balance, even without adrenal issues.
