yeah, I have raw ginger tea every afternoon.
But I'm at a point far beyond any of these dietary changes making any difference at all. My worsening fatigue is like a tidal wave and all these little details never ever helped, and I've been on diets and supplements and EVERYTHING imaginable...
discipline at this point just won't cut it.
