Thank you for sticking up for me! I don't have brain fog, but I do have disabled hands (contractured and trigger fingers) and two herniated disks that are pressing on my spinal cord. (All of this happened bc of the potassium wasting that I mentioned earlier). Anyhow, this makes it difficult for me to type, scroll, etc on the computer. I'm just happy to able to do it at all.

So, I give myself permission (and everyone else here) to communicate in whatever form I/we can... As long as we're helping one another, I think it's okay to post responses to our own responses. Readers can click on the little page icon next to the top post to read the entire thread more easily.
