I really do think that may have been a joke. Many of the treatments he suggests have tremendously benefited me, namely the Liver Flush he mentions, which I dare say got rid of my cystic acne. Most of the cures/treatments that he suggests you can find in other 'accredited' sources where they go way more into detail. He's simply compiling all of the natural treatments that have been suppressed.
