if McDonald's food was contaminated with Morgellons literally millions of people across America and across the globe would have Morgellons. Since that's not the case, we can safely assume it's not contaminated with Morgellons.

those look like fibers from a random person sweater or jacket or shirt or whatever. They don't even look like Morgellons fibers.
