For some reason that link is not agreeing with my computer. My computer thinks it's a virus and won't let it load. I am assuming it is the same video I posted in my first post?

From what I remember from that video the palm fiber goes through an extensive process of fermentation. I don't think the palm fiber is easy to get by itself, but I could be wrong.

I have never tried chomper. Never even heard of it until now. I may try it later though (in a year or two or when I feel the need to cleanse again) to see if the results are similar since it is much cheaper. So thanks!
