Im not disagreeing with you, as i havent completely ruled out gut dysbiosis since your gut is the main source of your immune system. However it doesnt explain my girlfriend and her having almost identical symptoms, although they manifest in a different way. I spoke to her parents as well, she never had a history of sinus infections or food allergies prior to dating me. I either gave her something i didnt know i had or we are both being exposed to something, or were being exposed to something for that to make any sense. Mind you we were both dealing with chronic upper respiratory infections, before the food allergies came about, i just assumed that one of us was sick and passing it to the other person. But it was like once or twice a month for about 4-5 months..

This is all so very confusing, but i cant ignore what im seeing here.
