the sun does sweet f.a to ec.. i live in aus in the tropical hottest place in the earth.. i was in the sun 24/7 surfing non stop and i got ec.. when i first got ec i kept surfing and hanging at the beach for about the first 3 months and it did sweet f.a. getting burnt is bad for the skin.. a balanced amount of sun is best for your health but sun and ec in my opinion does f.a... as always that my opinion
