I have been seeing the same as you and from what I can gather there is nobody with concrete evidence who knows what they are. Some claim they are roundworms, others believe it is candida whilst the rest claim they are mucus strands or intestinal lining.

What I do know is that when these things do come out I feel a lot better and so I am convinced they are the main cause of my illness!

What symptoms do you have?
