Ouch, there is no question about what he will find. First of all, a study often / almost always ends up with a conclusion similar to the thesis, or the ones paying for it..

Lard is good, well; if there are good lard to find over there, except for this is cannibalism, but High fructose syrup would almost garantee a near diabetic condition, higher amounts of of vitamin D needed, etc.
They will probably not receive any sunshine for five years..
as that would ruin the study.

"He has received a $3.5 million federal grant to explore his hypothesis that vitamin D deficiency does contribute to the disease."
-He will find what he is looking for.
