One thing is pretty obvious, everyone is under eating terribly...I think we have to remember freshly cooked and prepared food with no additives is low calorie. It has none of the enhancers that 'normal' food would have, so we need to eat more.

Also there is huge evidence that excessive red meat, and meat in general consumption is a major player in bowel cancer and IBD's. Candida or Cancer? I know which one id rather live with :)
